The purchase process of your signet ring

If, after visiting our website, you would like to make an appointment, we warmly invite you to contact us

Contact

During our first contact we are pleased to discuss your wishes with you and to answer your individual questions personally. In this personal conversation we gladly invite you to come and view our extensive collection of signet rings. This allows us to go through your previously expressed wishes with you at leisure.

Location of the appointment

De Bosson Heraldic Jeweller operates in the Netherlands and Belgium, as well as in the border region of Germany. For this purpose we have a multitude of locations available for our clientele to visit by appointment, always within a short distance of your place of residence. (see map with location images). Should a visit to your home be preferred, we are happy to come to you, so that we can inform you at your ease in your own private surroundings and show you our extensive collection.

Choice, order, delivery time and delivery

After our personal meeting and the composition of a beautiful signet ring, we receive a copy of your family coat of arms from you and the ordering process begins.

Before an order is placed, you will have received a clear quotation from us stating the technical description of your ring: the precious metal description and purity, gemstone description, ring size, gemstone size, engraving preference, and all other relevant information as discussed with you.

You will receive this by e-mail (or by post) together with a deposit invoice. The deposit amounts to 50% of the principal sum. Once you have checked everything and confirmed it to be correct, you transfer your deposit to our account. Upon receipt of the deposit you will receive a confirmation of receipt, along with a schedule of the dates your order will pass through and the expected delivery date.

Your order is processed in our atelier and your ring is crafted in the traditional artisanal manner. When your ring leaves our atelier, we send you a short message (with photo) noting that your ring is on its way to one of our gemstone engravers in Germany. Once your ring has been engraved, hallmarked by the assay office for gold and silver works, and checked once more by us in its entirety, we will contact you by telephone or e-mail to arrange a delivery time.

We can present your beautiful signet ring to you in a personal meeting, or we can have your signet ring delivered by specialised valuables transport to the address you specify. With your signet ring you will find the invoice for the remaining balance, which you transfer to us. After you have received your signet ring, we will contact you personally to hear whether everything has been to your complete satisfaction. And we personally wish you great pleasure in wearing it,

Your signet ring too remains a jewellery classic that connects family tradition and history.

You are most welcome in Zeist, where we will gladly advise you on composing a beautiful signet ring. Plan your appointment here.
