This somewhat eccentrically shaped signet ring, an octagon of 14x14mm, is not suited to every family crest engraving. Thanks to its square form with softened corners, the shape lends itself superbly to a family crest whose contours can be captured within a square. A shield on its own will also come out beautifully and form an aesthetically stunning whole.

Once your family crest engraving has been applied by our finest engravers in Germany, a rarely beautiful effect emerges. The rust-brown colour of the carnelian (gemstone) in the deeper engraved areas contrasts with the milky reddish brown of the top layer.
